Return & Refund Policy
This Cancellation, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all customers of GrowMyPet who purchase products through our website or other official sales channels operated by us.
GrowMyPet is a reseller of pet food, treats, medicines, and pet essentials. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
For the purpose of this Policy:
“You” / “Customer” refers to any individual or entity placing an order.
“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “GrowMyPet” refers to the owner and operator of this Platform.
1. Online Orders
1.1 Order Cancellation
a) Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
To request cancellation, please contact our customer support with your order details as soon as possible.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, any prepaid amount will be refunded as per the refund timelines mentioned below.
b) After Dispatch
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is only possible by refusing delivery at the time of arrival.
Refunds will be initiated only after the product is received back at our warehouse in its original condition.
1.2 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds for Delivered Orders
a) Inspection on Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Missing
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear images and order details.
b) Eligibility for Returns (Online Orders)
To be eligible for return or exchange:
• The product must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All tags, accessories, freebies, and combo items must be intact
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
c) Non-Returnable Items (Online Orders)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect at delivery:
• Pet food
• Treats
• Supplements
• Medicines
• Perishable or consumable products
• Items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or special promotions
1.3 Refund Process (Online Orders)
a) Refund Approval
Once your return or cancellation request is received, it will be reviewed within 48 working hours. You will be notified of approval or rejection via email or phone.
b) Refund Timelines
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 working days after approval.
2. In-Store Purchases (If Applicable)
2.1 Return & Exchange Conditions
• A valid purchase invoice is mandatory
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of purchase
2.2 Eligible Products for In-Store Return/Exchange
• Non-perishable items such as toys, accessories, and grooming tools may be eligible if unused and unopened
2.3 Non-Returnable Items (In-Store)
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
• Pet food and treats
• Medicines and supplements
• Opened or used items
• Clearance or discounted products
• Hygiene or grooming products
2.4 Exchange Policy (In-Store)
Exchanges may be allowed within 24 hours of purchase for unused products in original packaging.
Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
2.5 Refunds (In-Store)
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit
• Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days
• COD purchases may be refunded via cash or store credit (at our discretion)
3. Special Conditions & Exceptions
• Some products may carry specific return conditions mentioned on the product page
• These conditions will override this general Policy
• Any misuse of return or refund privileges may lead to account suspension or refusal of service
4. Important Notes
• GrowMyPet reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds
• Refunds will not be processed for items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
