This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Shipping Policy”) applies to all customers who place orders on the GrowMyPet website or through any official platform operated by us.
This Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and the applicable shipping charges. By placing an order with GrowMyPet, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
For the purpose of this Policy:
• “You”, “User”, “Customer” refers to any individual or entity placing an order
• “GrowMyPet”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the owner and operator of this Platform
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once an order is successfully placed:
• The order is confirmed and processed by our system
• Products undergo a basic quality and packaging check
• Orders are then handed over to our authorized delivery partners
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Packaging Standards
We take utmost care in packaging to ensure safe delivery. Products are packed based on their nature using:
• Corrugated boxes
• Protective cushioning
• Secure courier bags
Despite precautions, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy for further steps.
3. Delivery Locations
GrowMyPet currently delivers to most serviceable locations across India.
Delivery availability may vary depending on courier reach, pin code serviceability, and logistics constraints.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
• Standard delivery timelines range between 4–7 working days from dispatch
• Remote or non-metro locations may require additional time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email (where applicable).
You can also check your order status from the “My Orders” section on our website.
6. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability or warehouse locations.
There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
7. Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on orders above ₹500
• ₹69 shipping fee on orders below ₹500
Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations unless the return is due to an error from our side.
8. Delivery Acceptance
Customers are advised to:
• Check the package condition at the time of delivery
• Refuse delivery if the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with
• Inform our support team immediately in such cases
9. Delays & Force Majeure
GrowMyPet shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:
• Natural disasters
• Transport strikes
• Government restrictions
• Courier partner issues
• Unforeseen logistical challenges
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes related to shipping and delivery shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
